Real name: David Nason Blume

American producer, arranger and songwriter.
Husband of singer Carolyn Hester (1969).
Member of the A&R staff of Paramount Records in New York. As an independent producer Blume has recorded Carolyn Hester, the The Great Metropolitan Steam Band, Osmosis and Charlie Mariano among others. As an author he co-wrote The Cyrkle hit "Turn-Down Day" as well as songs recorded by Ed Ames, Gary Lewis & The Playboys, The Wilburn Brothers, John Simon, Maria Dallas, Martie Shannon, Freddie McCoy, the Young Americans and others.
