Now disbanded, The Hoa Hoa's (pronounced Wah Wah's) were from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They formed in 2004 and joined the Optical Sounds label in 2009. They were influenced by the likes of Spacemen 3, B.J.M., The Velvet Underground, and Stereolab.
