Members: Darrell Glenn, Ken Pepper, Eddie Seals, Joe Grant (5), Homer Tankersley, Charles Speed, Harold T. Smith

Formerly Imperial Quartet, became the Commodores when they decided to shift from the gospel to popular music circa 1953.
Pictured (left to right): Eddie Seals, Homer Tankersley, Charles Speed and Floyd Gray

The members were: Charles Speed (tenor vocals), Homer Tankersley, Jr. (lead vocals), Darrell Glenn (lead vocals), Floyd Gray (Bass vocals), and Eddie Seals (tenor). When Floyd Gray left, Harold Smith took over (also known as Hal). He's on the recordings 1958 to 1960 including when the named changed to the Angeloes.
