Real name: Manuel Labrador

Manuel Labrador was a flamenco guitarist born in Barcelona on August 6, 1951, from an old flamenco family. Alfonso Labrador, his father was a well-known guitarist himself. When he was nine years old his father encouraged him to study guitar under his guidance, and teached him the rudiments of flamenco, but Manolo had talent and was admited at the music school of "El Gran Teatro Del Liceao", where he studied. In addition to his studies at the conservatory, he also took private lessons with the well-known classical guitarist, Jose Muñoz.
