Harrison, Arkansas rockabilly musician. His band, Wallace Waters and the Water Boys, was elected to the Rockabilly Hall of Fame. Also had a band active in the early 60s called The Ripples. Waters was born April 15, 1939 in Parthenon, Arkansas and died December 7, 2021 in Springfield, Missouri. He was survived by his second wife Rita. He and his first wife Billie (who died in 2008) operated Waters Floor Covering in Harrison for over forty years. He also owned and managed some rental properties and bought and worked farm land.
