Charles Bullen
First recognizable appearance in the band Ning.
Formed the duo Friendly Rifles with Charles Hayward, who later became the legendary art-punk band This Heat. After this band split in 1982 he made an album under the name The Lifetones, and later recorded as Circadian Rhythms.
