Co-founder of Hacienda Records (3) along with his brother, Roland Garcia (3) and Roland's wife. He also is an engineer and producer who worked at Freddie Records Studios, in Corpus Christi, Texas throughout the 1970s and 1980s. He is the CEO of CHR Records.
