He made a living as a teacher and he is known for his compositions for Cobla (a traditional music ensemble from Catalonia typically performing Sardanas); however, his repertoire also includes chamber music for different combination of instruments, symphonic and vocal works (both "a capella" o with instrumental accompaniment)
