Liviu Vârciu (b. March 17, 1981 in Constanța, Romania) is a romanian actor, TV presenter and singer.He founded the manele-pop boy band L.A. (17) in 1998 together with Aurelian Ciocan, after which they also co-opted Adrian Zainea in this musical project. The band disestablished in 2005 after they released 8 albums.
In 2005 he began his acting career and in 2008 the TV presenter one.
