An American heavy metal band originally formed in Macon, Georgia in 1982. Early in their career, they played traditional metal. During their mid-period they dabbled in acoustic rock sounds. They also relocated to Atlanta during this time. Later they changed focus entirely by incorporating alternative rock elements mixed with modern metal. Their last studio release to date was released in 2001.
