American musician, composer, producer, visual artist and photographer. Born: March 11, 1956 in Freeport, Texas, USA and raised in Texas. He moved to Austin, Texas after high school graduation. Founding member of punk, funk and garage rock bands including The Big Boys, Poison 13, Bad Mutha Goose, Lord High Fixers, and The Monkeywrench.
Kerr was inducted into the Texas Music Hall of Fame in 1996.
