Real name: Carlos Arturo Díaz Herrera

Colombian musician and composer ( San Juan Nepomuceno, 11 May 1933 - 15 Sept. 1990 in Bogotá), he created the Trío Los Isleños in 1953 in Barranquilla, he left the trio to become a manager at Editorial Musical Peer Internacional, discovered Claudia De Colombia in 1970, composed such hits as "La sombra", "Me enamore de ti", "No me Olvidaras", "Más cerca de ti", "La noche del olvido", "Si se marea", "Me conformo yo", "El viento", "Sin desengaños", ...
