Danish jazz guitarist, bassist and film animator. Born 1921 into a musical family. His father is Oluf Ring. During WWII Ring played with some of the best Danish jazz bands including Leo Mathisens Orkester. After failed attempts to make business as film cartoonist in Denmark in 1952 he moved to The Netherlands to work with Marten Toonder Studio. Continued musical career in The Netherlands.
