Hungarian opera tenor vocalist and actor.Born 13 October 1929 in Madaras, Hungary Died 2 April 2013 Budapest, Hungary.
He studied singing at Ferne Liszt Academy in Budapest. After four years experience with a provincial opera company he was invited to join the Budapest State Opera in 1959. In 1962 Bartha won the Gold Cup at the s-Hertogenbosch Festival in Holland.
