English new wave & alternative rock project active in the early 1990s and led by notable music journalist Chris Roberts, best known for his contemporaneous writings for Melody Maker. The group was signed to Dedicated Records, where they were labelmates with Spiritualized and This Picture, among others. While described in the press as comprising Chris Roberts and "a shifting nucleus of contributing musicians," consistent contributors to the project included Furniture members Sally Still and Hamilton Lee, who were credited with bass and drums, respectively, on both EPs released on Dedicated. The group also worked with Tanya Donnelly and Kim Deal of the Breeders, with the latter being featured on the track "Snow Leopards" from the "Ballerina Country" EP in 1992.
