Real name: Terry Adail

Blues harmonica player and singer, who was based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
Born 1921 in Sunflower, Mississippi, USA, died August 23, 2001 in East St. Louis, Illinois, USA.
Terry Adail, more commonly known in the blues world as Doc Terry, started to play harmonica at the age of 12, influenced by Sonny Boy Williamson. From the late 1940s and on Doc at times played with legends such as Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Yank Rachell and Henry Townsend. He performed around the metropolitan St. Louis area with his band Doc Terry and the Pirates and recorded on his own D.T.P. Records label in the early 1970’s.
