Real name: Richard Coulthard

A spoof twee "band" who didn't really exist, but whose supposed releases were a running joke in the Waaaah! fanzine run by Richard Coulthard. When he put together the Waaaaah! CD compilation, the band was briefly given an actual existence: a three-second track consisting of three falteringly-played notes on an out-of-tune guitar, following by the squeaking of a dog toy. Naturally after this magnum opus, the only possible way was down, so the legend of Fluff Fluff Fluff Fluff and Cuddleyness was discreetly laid to rest.
