Real name: Antonio Sánchez Reyes

Antonio Sánchez Reyes was a Cuban violionist, pianist, songwriter. Known for the conga "Yayabo". Born in Pinar del Río, Cuba on April 20, 1916, he died on April 20, 2001 in Havana, Cuba. Known as "Musiquita", he studied with his father, clarinetist Fernando Sánchez, and later with Jacobo González Rubalcaba and violinist Rafael Berroa. He studied piano at the Orbón Conservatory in 1926.
Could also appear as José Antonio Sánchez or Antonio Sánchez Reyes.

Do NOT confuse with composer Antonio Sánchez (7) Rodriguez who also worked for Orquesta America Del 55.
