Oscar Brand (born February 7, 1920, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada - died September 30, 2016, Great Neck, New York, USA) was a Canadian-born American folk singer, guitarist, banjoist, songwriter, radio host, and author. Since 1945 he had been the host of the Folksong Festival show on WNYC Radio, recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the record holder for the longest running radio program with a single host.
