British beat band formed 1965 in Worcester. Original members were Brian Lammas (vocals, rhythm guitar), Keith Lammas (lead guitar), Brian Meredith (2) (bass) and Rob Mason (drums) - Though the latter was later replaced by Dave Munday (drums). In 1968, with the addition of Mickey Batt (saxophone) and Neville Pingriff (keyboards) the group name was changed to Krusty Stubbs And The Freight Wagon, changing musical direction to soul and tamla motown.
