Cuban orchestra of the jazz-band kind. Founded in Havana in 1938 and directed by saxophonist Vicente Viana until his death in 1944, then led by Humberto Suárez (1940s/1950s), then by Carlos Faxas in the 1960s -- also known as Tipo Jazz Band "Cosmopolita"
