Begun in 1980, Personal Effects released six records and toured the US. Charted on the top of the NYC underground dance clubs, signed to Cachalot and Restless Records. Reviewed in most national publications, numerous TV appearances, charted on college/alternative radio stations. Released a compilation CD at the end of 2008.
