This was an African-American vocal group that recorded primarily for Okeh in 1922, although they also recorded two sides for Gennett and two for Black Swan Records (as "Excelsior Norfolk Quartette"). Personnel included:

Vernon Jones, 1st tenor
James C. Brown, 2nd tenor
Johnny Brown, baritone
C.C. Parker, bass
