Slide guitarist (b. 04-Feb-1943), born in Pennsylvania.

In the mid 1950's his family moved to Lancaster where he befriended his neighbour Frank Zappa. He became the guitarist with The Mothers on the 1975 Bongo Fury tour. There he met Captain Beefheart who asked him to join The Magic Band for the European and US tour of 1975, staying with Beefheart until 1977. He worked Zappa again in the fall of 1978.
