Punjabi film composer and music director, born in 1925 in a small town called Sillanwali (Montgomery District, Punjab, British India). Passed away on September 6, 2020 in Mumbai, India.

After several jobs at radio stations, i.e. as a singer, he used his contacts to get into the film busines and started to compose for Hindi films. Mohinder composed the music for around 100 films in Punjabi & Hindi.
