b. 1950, Seattle, WA. Vocalist and guitar player. Handpicked by Anita Kerr at age 18 to debut on a custom singer/songwriter album project. Resulted in Bennett's single release on wax which included a dramatic reading of "Spooky" without a 45 release; it received limited airplay compared to others. Participated in all of The Anita Kerr Singers sessions with Dot Records until Anita's departure for Europe in 1970. Bennett stayed semi-active with sporadic TV appearances, but completely retired from music by the 1980s.
