Stallworth's biography remains a mere sketch; a 22-year-old wife and mother when news anchor Bill Jacocks saw her perform at the Karamu House community theater in Cleveland, little else about her is known. Years later, word on the street was that Stallworth had gotten caught up in the drug scene, but during their brief interaction in 1974, Jacocks penned and Stallworth delicately performed "Questions" parts I and II, together creating a silky funk masterpiece.
