A Ukrainian outfit CATS ON THE ROOF, which have their beginnings in the jazz / blues / rock cover band named The Black Lodge, got started with Max RUDENSKY (guitars, saxophone, keyboards), Viktor KLEPIKOVSKY (drums), Galina KISIL (voices), and Alexander YEGOROV (bass) in 2008, whilst they officially gave their first gig in one of local pubs in March.2009. Later in the same year an experienced drummer Yuriy Sinitsky joined them after Galina and Viktor left away, and they saw the light as a psychedelically improvised rock trio based upon their original composition. With their strong intention for psychedelic / progressive / space-rock, or jazz-rock / fusion, they had recorded and mixed their debut album named "Pros And Cons Of Solitude" since the summer in 2011, that has released in August 2012 finally.
