Swedish dance band from Kungälv, formed already in 1974 (with a "sneak premiere" in Norway) by Christer Olsson/Swenman, Stig Gustavsson, Bosse Karlsson, Karl-Åke Bohlin and Roland Johansson and has over the years become an established classical dance band.

The band plays mostly in southern and central Sweden, Norway and the cruise ships on the Baltic Sea. From the debut album "1975" in the same year, the band has released a total of 16 albums and a large number of singles.

Sounders has collaborated with, among others, Lasse Lönndahl (guest soloist during a number of tours), Bosse Larsson, Lars (Kurtan) Brandeby. In addition, the band has brightened the dance nights with short fun show features and also had its own very popular Elvis shows.

The repertoire consists of well-known songs from the 50s to today's hits. Elvis songs feature prominently in the repertoire. Other influences are Refreshments, Mavericks, Jerry Lee Lewis and more.
