Adrian Thompson is the VP of Artist and Song Development for Integrity Music. Born in Northern Ireland, Adrian moved to England in his early twenties as a christian artist eventually becoming Label Manager at ICC, an independent Christian label, signing artists and songwriters such as Robin Mark and Eoghan Heaslip. Adrian then moved to be part of Kingsway Music where he developed artists such as Rend Collective. In September 2013 Adrian moved to Colorado Springs with his wife Karen and daughters Hannah & Erin to be VP of A&R at Integrity Music.
