Loulie Jean Norman

American coloratura soprano singer.
Born on March 12, 1913 in Birmingham, Alabama.
Died on August 2, 2005 in Studio City, California.
She is the soprano who is heard singing the "Star Trek" theme during the opening credits of the original 1966 TV series. She was married to songwriter, arranger, and bandleader Gordon Jenkins, collaborating with him on numerous albums.
