Gran Torino is Prog Rock band from Verona, Italy. Their music is mainly Hammond organ chords, crunchy guitars and tight rhythms.
Gran Torino is an Italian progressive rock band made up of four versatile musicians. They have been studying and playing in different musical styles, such as classical, jazz, fusion and hard rock, and finally achieved their goal of starting a new, original project.
After their first album, “grantorinoProg”, the band has moved toward developing more refined and sophisticated compositions with greater introspection and with a more technical and methodical approach. This second album, called “Fate of a Thousand Worlds”, is a natural evolution that combines beauty with emotions.
While creating this new instrumental album, the band was inspired by a story written by a friend of theirs, Paolo Gadioli. It’s about a man who travels in space and in real time throughout the universe. This album symbolizes the soundtrack of his adventures, emotions and torment.
