Roy Daniels (voc), Richard Taylor (guitar) Roger Charles (bass) and Brian Allen (drums) were formerly The Emeralds, then to change name to Wishful Thinking.

A later lineup, Brian Allen, Tony Collier, Kevin Finn & John Franklin, had a huge hit in Germany with the Dave Morgan (2)-written song "Hiroshima".

In 2008 the band reunited in the "Hiroshima"-lineup to record new tracks and release a new CD in 2009, including a new version of their big hit "Hiroshima".
