Real name: Nikolaj Juel-Christiansen
Danish guitarist, keyboard player, songwriter, cook and author based in London. Has recorded or toured with a.o. Jason Mraz, Cat Stevens, Emmylou Harris and James Morrison and worked as a cook with Alastair Little, Jamie Oliver (4) and at The River Café in London. Author of several cook books. Son of Bo Juel Christiansen and brother to Bastian Juel.
