American bass guitarist known primarily for her session and live performance work.
She was a founding member of Tito & Tarantula and remained with it from 1993–1999. Member of the band "Band Of Sweethearts".
In 2010, she won a Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Folk Album (God Willin' & The Creek Don't Rise).
