Real name: Craig Stainton

A mixture of strobing acid boxes and clattering drum machines, the Acid Phreex sound is heavily influenced by the Chicago Acid sound pioneered by artists such as Marshall Jefferson, Adonis, Bam Bam and DJ Pierre, and the output of labels such as Trax, DJ International and Jack Trax.
