Os Saltimbancos (I Musicanti, in the Italian original) is a children's musical theater play, inspired by the short story "The Musicians of Bremen", by the brothers Grimm. In the original play, in Italian, the songs have lyrics by Sergio Bardotti and music by Luis Enríquez Bacalov. The Portuguese version won additional songs, by Chico Buarque.
