She joined the orchestra of Jerry Lane in 1958, and remained with them for several years. In 1961, she recorded two songs for Sky Records (18), "Cry," and "Hey, Good Lookin'". She also made appearances with the bands of Vincent Lopez, Ted Weems, Chuck Foster, Chuck Cabot, Teddy Phillips, and the Danny Thomas Show, as well as the Jimmy Hawkins Trio.

She married musician William Lebegern in 1961.
