Inspired by Detroit techno and Chicago house via the UK rave scene, Distruc started making tracks in his bedroom with an Atari and a Yamaha CS1X sometime in the midst of the hazy 90s. Living in Japan for a number of years, he was a member of the Freeta Corrective, who ran eclectic electronic music events in Tokyo and around the countryside. Distruc's releases include net-label contributions to Monotonik and Hippocamp, and a full album with Australian label Artists Known As. His latest works can be found on Soundcloud.
