Real name: Léon Crabbé

Belgian humorist, author of songs and sketches. Born in 1891, died in 1970. Worked with the magazine "Pourquoi pas?" for which he composed nearly 500 sketches, remarkably dialoged, which the magazine continued to publish until 1988, eighteen years after his death.
Noël Barcy is a pseudonym and an anagram of his real name, Léon Crabbé.
Léon Crabbé can sometimes be spelled Léon Crabbe.
