Panhandle is the Florida group.
Happy Tiger records released a their single
All The Time Now / Hey Girl (Happy Tiger HT-523) in 1969.
But the tracks from Amarillo, Texas' garage band
which called The Checkmates (Ray Ruff and the Checkmates)
The Checkmates members are
Ray Ruff, Jerry Hodges, Price Prichett.
Both sides originally recorded as The Checkmates (Ruff 45-1003 in 1965)
the A side had some overdubs added to it and came out
on the Happy Tiger label as by Panhandle.
"All The Time Now" is the plug side, but "Hey Girl" bubbled under on
Billboard pop chart at #122 for 1 week on November 22, 1969.
