Dutch singer, songwriter and vocal coach living in Sweden, older sister of Irene Jansen, born February 21, 1981 in Goirle.

Having been the vocalist for Dutch gothic metal band After Forever for a long time, Floor went further after its break-up. In 2010 she presented herself with her band ReVamp.
In September 2012 Nightwish brought in Floor Jansen as a touring member on their Imaginaerum World Tour, which ended in August 2013. On October 9th 2013, Jansen was announced as full-time lead vocalist in Nightwish.
