Ibrahim played lead guitar with Simply Red in 1987, Asia (2) in the early to mid 90's, The Stone Roses 1996 and Ian Brown 1997 onwards after their demise dropping in and out during various album releases. Co-writer of Ian Brown's My Star, Corpses In Their Mouths, Solarized, One Way Ticket To Paradise and Longsight M13 to name a few, he also features on several Paul Weller albums as featured artist or co-writer. Concentrating on his solo career he released his debut album Lahore To Longsight in 2000 and followed with Rusholme Rock in 2012 with new band mate Dalbir Singh Rattan.
