Oklahoma based country, western swing, bluegrass, pop, jazz and classical fiddle player. By the time she was 14, Jae was invited to tour the country with Ann Jones and the Western Sweethearts. She attended the Interlochen Center for the Arts and the International String Congress where she graduated magna cum laude. Jae was the first female member of Buck Owen's Buckaroos band and became a regular performer on his television series, “Hee Haw.” Jae has performed the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, the Wembley Festival in England and toured Japan, the Philippines, Australia, Africa and Brazil. She has been called the “First Lady of the Country Fiddle” and is known for encouraging women to compete in predominately male country and bluegrass bands. Formerly married to Matthew Greif and stepdaughter of Joe Hopper.
