Real name: Tom Andkjær

Effective period / Period of releases: 1996 - 2000

Camarco was born in Rio de Janeiro but brought up in Denmark. He had a hit in 1996 with "Boom Boom (Let's Go Back To My Room)" (a cover of Paul Lekakis's 1986 hit) which was a top 5 hit in Denmark and a top 3 hit in Brazil. Later he toured Mexico and Spain too. Released a self-titled album in 1997, but shortly after the label Dance Pool shut down.
In 1999 he signed to CMC Records and a year later he released the album "Based On a True But Simple Story" produced by Dreamworld, Robin Rex and Panman & Ace.

Camarco also had a short-lived acting career. In 1994 he was the bartender on the game show "Man O Man" and subsequently the host of the dating show "Party Uartig". In 1998 he starred in 50 episodes of the soap opera "Hvide Løgne" ("White Lies").
