Effective period / Period of releases: 1964

Early to mid 60s group title found on ARC pop hit compilations. While some tracks are unique to these releases and may indeed be a Canadian group named "The Shadows", many if not all compliations under this series source some cover versions from other 'budget' labels from the UK and USA and attribute them to the Shadows.
Some source labels in the early to mid 60s ARC compilations may be the likes of (but not limited to) Song Hits Records, and Hit Parader Records.
Later ARC 'soundalike' compilations are found to be sourced from UK / European labels with few exceptions.
