Born in Brooklyn and grew up in Baltimore, U.S. He has a doctorate in Physics. He owns O.A.O. Corporation, a company in Washington DC. He also works working in space research and defense for NASA. He was married to Francine Barker the original "Peaches" from Peaches & Herb. He established Venture Records along with Tony Camillo. He currently owns and operates the Florida based record label SoBe Entertainment, home to R&B singer Urban Mystic.
