French-chilean Nueva Trova, Nueva Canción Chilena, world-music & pop music group, active since 1974 (as most of all their members were left young people living in exile in France after the coup d´etat from Pinochet, mostly from the Movimiento de Izquierda Republicana ("MIR" party) till the 90s.
Original members were Patricio Manns, Franklin Troncoso, Negro Salué, Bruno Fléty, Negro Larraín and singer Mariana Montalvo. In 1975 Manns and Montalvo left the band, replaced by Philippe Jobet, Simón Morales and Rosalía Martínez.
