Neptunes Empire were a Norwegian psyche pop/prog rock band around 1971-75, consisting of Charles R. Forbes ("Chas", England/Gibraltar), Bjørn G. Gjerstrøm ("Grable", Oslo, Norway) and Arne Dahlø ("Dan", Trondheim, Norway).

They met met in the LDS church in Oslo, and formed a songwriting trio. Inspired by British, 60s pop, The Beach Boys and light jazz they released one album in the UK in 1971, on which Junipher Greene were session musicians.
