Member of Washington, DC’s electro-rock trio Trans Am. In addition to solo work, Manley has recorded and performed in Life Coach with Jon Theodore, as well as serving stints with Oneida, Once & Future Band, Terry Gross, The Fucking Champs, Jonas Reinhardt, Golden, and Feral Ohms.

Co-owner of San Francisco's El Studio. As a recording engineer or producer, he has worked with Wooden Shjips, Moon Duo, Saviours, Jonas Reinhardt, The Fresh & Onlys, Earthless, Mammatus, Les Savy Fav, Cold Beat, Carlton Melton and others.
